Yes.

run ispman.ldifdump >ispman.dump.ldif
to dump ur data while running the older version of ldap server.

then from the distribution (0.9.7+cvs updates)
make sure u do the cvs updates again
make schema
cp install-data/schema/ispman.schema to ur schema directory
reload ldap server

load the schema with the command
perl scripts/ldif2ldap -h hostname -D "cn=Directory Administrator, 
o=ispman" -w password -f /path/to/ispman.dump.ldif | tee output

later grep the output files for errors.
