I found the problem ... ldif2ldap should drop lines somthing like this:

M>    creatorsname: cn=Directory Administrator, o=ispman
M> createtimestamp: 20021210181128Z
M>   modifiersname: cn=Directory Administrator, o=ispman
M> modifytimestamp: 20021210181128Z
