Does anyone know of ways to detect/troubleshoot PRI line problems?  We are
currently experiencing a "static" problem on a bell atlantic PRI circiut
that is (of course) causing disconnects & slow connects.  The only way we
had to figure this out was by customers complaining, and by actually
dialing the PRI with a regular phone and listining to the modem carrier
being broken by static.  Any thoughts???
