Greetings,

I need to find a dialup account for my daughter who's going to school in
Tucson.  I'd appreciate any recommendations about a good ISP there with a
low user:modem ratio and good customer service, maybe one who has a special
student rate.

Please reply by direct email since the list likely couldn't care less about
this...
