Hello All,
I'm fishing for a little help with a BGP setup. We currently have our own
ASN which is multi-homing to our sole POP, however very soon we will be
moving some equipment to a colocation facility and creating a link from our
POP to that facility.
Our network will then look like (pardon the messy ascii art) :
ISP-A [ASN 100]
/\
| ethernet cross-connect to ISP-A
|
== (router at colo) [ASN 600]
|
| multiple (bonded) T1s between pop and colo
|
== (router at pop) [ASN 600]
|
| t1 uplink to ISP-B
|
\/
ISP-B [ASN 200]
My goal is to run iBGP between the two routers and (e)BGP to the two
providers. ISP-A is the preferred provider and ISP-B is used for preferred
routes (other customers of ISP-B) and failover.
Does anyone have sample configs for a setup like this? Any
tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Rob
