there should be no problems getting an AS Number from ARIN.  You only have
to be clear in answuer this question: You are a multi-homed site (or will be
multi-homed within 30 days)?, and write technical contacts of both providers
(name, phone number, e-mail, etc.).  After this, fill the rest of the
template.  That's all.

Hello all, 

A customer want to be a multihomed site so, they need a AS number (not
private number) to run BGP session with us and the other internet provider. 
Do you know if ARIN will provide them a ASN number considering they're a
Bank (not a telecomunications bussiness) ?
I need to know this item before start the request to ARIN.
Any input or comments would be appreciated...
