A contact in the Deparment of the Navy tells me that all mainstream
webmail URLs have been blocked for over a year now. I know for a fact that
outbound traffic headed for port 110 is blocked. My question is
simple...isn't is more likely that this is a human networking issue rather
than a computer networking issue. Perhaps the old flame wasn't very
receptive to the email and forwarded it to the fiancee. Hmm...either that or
somebody's full of...
