I'm resending this without patch because it seems it never gets through
:-(

As I've promised on friday I've sorted out problems with CCMP and now both
TKIP and CCMP work. Enclosed patch agaist ipw2100-0.53 was tested only
in PSK mode. It works with Linksys WRT54g and also with hostapd based
AP. Both required patches are on http://www.slon.sk/patches
Please give it a try. 

As you may know we have two different WPA implementation for IPW2100. One
was created by Pedro Ramalhais and one by me. Pedro did lot of good work
on WE-18 style ioctls and my implementation is using one private IOCTL. 

Yesterday's night I discussed the issue with Pedro on IRC.  My suggestion 
was that we create small worker function which will do actual work and call 
them from either WE-18 standard ioctl handler or from private IOCTL handler 
when WE-18 aren't available. That way there won't be redundant code. 
I'm willing to do the work but I need green light from both Pedro and James.
