IPsec-tools CVS has migrated away from Sourceforge. Newer code can be
checked out like this:

cvs -danoncvs@anoncvs.netbsd.org:/cvsroot co ipsec-tools

Maybe this could be mentioned some where in more big letters. It is currently
mentioned only in the News section of http://ipsec-tools.sourceforge.net/ and
it's pretty easy to miss.

Also, the mailing list link broken.
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=3200 is listed
on the web page and all the READMEs in the sources.

I think the correct link is nowadays:
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_name=ipsec-tools-devel
