I'm pleased to announce that Steve Kent <kent@bbn.com> has agreed to take over editing
the IPsec Base Specifications (IP Security Architecture, AH, ESP).  Comments on revising
those drafts should be sent directly to him or to the IPsec mailing list <ipsec@tis.com>.
