IPv6-enabled applications must not embed IPv6 addresses
in non-dynamically-refreshed state. Legacy IPv4 applications
do this, but that is legacy. RFC 1900 explores this issue.
GSE addressing doesn't actually change anything here, but
provides the ESD which can be safely embedded in 
dynamically-refreshed state.

As for using DNS to look up RG, I fail to see why that
differs from using DNS today to look up the network number
portion of an IPv4 address. It's true that there are emergency
modes of communication where you may type in an IPv4 address,
and there may be emergency modes where you need to type  in
the RG. What's the philosophical difference?
