This is getting done on a different mail list.  dhcp-v6@bucknell.edu
You can send mail there or to me privately.  To join send to above via
"request" semantics to subscribe.  We need to update the spec from L.A.
IETF.  The basic model did not get changed or protocol just bugs in the
spec and some relay agent parts.

Yes I am planning to implement before Montreal IETF June 24-29.  The
basic server/client model/architecture.  

Are you building the stack yourself or do you just need an IPv6 stack
with the APIs exposed and IOCTLs?  If so I may be able to assist with
that if you have Digital UNIX running Alpha (or any IPv6 stack that
supports the IPv6 API spec with Multicast and Stateless Addr Conf)?
