To only select the packet for an interface IMHO requires no change to ND
we have that now.  Yes I was assuming (incorrectly) that you were
proposing if a packet comes in one interface and the destination is on
the other multihome interface (gateway box which hosts do often today)
the packet will get forwarded.  If we want to do that I can do that too
with the present ND.

Anyway we have two topics going on now.  I agree with you that under the
present spec I would not forward a packet in an implementation to
another interface unless I was a "router".  

But Joels request is different. 

And I don't think we need any change to ND to do what Dan suggested?
But another topic its an implementation issue I don't think a standards
issue?
