The chairs believe there is a consensus to advance this document to the IESG to be \
published as a Proposed Standard.

Issues raised in the w.g. last and chair reviews have been resolved in the latest \
version of the draft draft-ietf-6man-ra-pref64-06.txt.  We think this draft \
represents a significant improvement and is ready to advance.

We will be completing the questionnaire and advancing it today.
