Experiencing problems with web access of imail (ipswitch mail
product). Using the web access capability of imail (port 8383) what
changes must be made to the firewall (rules and nat) to allow it to
occur. Currently the connection is not working external, but works
internally just fine.

Some specifics about the firewall: bimap(ing) of mail server
RFC1918 private ip address space (i.e.192.168.x.y). Allowed port
8383 from any to any for web access to imail. Pages are hosted
on the imail server behind the firewall per imails direction. Page
does not resolve externally. Redirection of anything inbound to the
external firewall address on port 8383 to internal address of mail
server (192.168.x.y).

An alias has been created on the firewalls external interface for the
mail server.
