Pretty stupid really, turns out I wasn't passing FYN and RST packets
correctly. The 30second timeout turns out to be lynx's builtin timer to
drop connections.

What I need to know now is how to combine the following 3 rules into 1.
I can't get the hang of the ipfilter grammer...

pass in from any to any flags A/A
pass in from any to any flags F/F
pass in from any to any flags R/R
