If you do a "netstat -nr", you should see routes for the server's IP#
addresses going via lo0 (localhost).

Hmmm, I'm not quite sure what is going on here, but you might want to play
with tcpdump to see where packets are going.  My tip would be to try access
the WWW server as 10.0.0.1 from the internal hosts on the 10.* network.
