Greetings.

The bulk of the changes into this beta release are NetBSD related although
I've been making an attempt to get the documentation upto date at least
(nowhere near upto scratch).  I've also updated the WWW pages for IP Filter
(http://coombs.anu.edu.au/~avalon/ip-filter.html) somewhat although more
work is still required there too.

As usual, you can obtain it from:
