I am evaluating IP Filter for use on an application gateway in development.  The 
gateway (say, G) is designed to sit between two subnets (A and B).  I need to 
get a look at every packet passing between A and B at the application layer of 
G, so I can set up a proxies there as needed.

Questions:

1. How can I force packets routed through G up to the application layer of G?

2. How can I find out from the OS where the packets were originally destined?
