List: ipfilter
Subject: ipf -o versus "in" rule

I've been following this list forever, it seems, but I'm just finally
getting around to installing ipfilter. I've come up with a rudimentary
question.

Maybe I'm just dense, but how does the -o option of ipf interact with
rules that say "in" or "out". They seem to be trying to specify the
same thing to me.

What if I have "in" rules that I load with the -o flag?

Thanks for any help.

Eric.
