Subject: DNS server behind NAT

That's me again. I have a machine with NAT, and a DNS server
behind it. IF I try nslookup outside, I get no response.
Does it mean that nslookup cares about the source IP address
of the response?
E.g., ping and traceroute work through NAT well, from outside
to inside:
indy$ ping 192.168.10.2
PING 192.168.10.2 (192.168.10.2): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 192.168.11.3: icmp_seq=0 ttl=254 time=2 ms
So, the response comes from other IP than it was sent to.
