Are the following rules OK to redirect a GRE tunnel to an
internal host?  I'm not sure if I'm having trouble with the
NAT, or with the tunnel itself.

The fxp1 interface is the outside of my NAT server.

  map fxp1 10.1.2.0/24 -> 203.1.2.3/32 portmap tcp/udp 2000:60000
  map fxp1 10.1.2.0/24 -> 203.1.2.3/32
  rdr fxp1 203.1.2.3/32 port 0 -> 10.1.2.61 port 0 47
