Ben,

Since there are sites with that already, I'd suggest focusing on explaining
how to utilize & understand them ​​better.  An active black/white list
maintainer is going to be updating information often.  I'd expect there
would be active discussions all the issues that surround the list.

*PS:*
Everyone please reply to the IPCop list rather than to individual
responders EMail addresses.  Some EMail reply buttons don't pick the IPCop
list address.  That results in useful information not being distributed to
list members.

Second, please trim prior responses not required for your postings.  Some
replies are getting very long and are mostly prior posting text.
