Using http://www.subnet-calculator.com/cidr.php, this can be designated as
119.252.225.32/29 and the useable addresses are 119.252.225.33 through
119.252.225.38 (119.252.225.32 and 119.252.225.39 are broadcast addresses).

These are incorrect. In setup, these values refer to the RED interface. The
Gateway should be something in your assigned address block (see above)
except 119.252.225.38 (which is your RED IP address). My guess,
119.252.225.33.

Your primary (and secondary) DNS servers should be public IP addresses
provided by your ISP. If you can't find them, use the OpenDNS
(www.opendns.com) DNS servers at 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 until you
figure it out.

These are values assigned for the green side of IPCop and are most likely
correct. Machines on the GREEN side of your configuration will use the IPCop
GREEN address of 192.168.0.254 as both the gateway and the DNS server. IPCop
will provide routing to the proper addresses on the internet.
