Thanks to everyone who helped with this one. As it turns out, I  
accidentally downloaded the ISO for 1.4.2, not 1.4.20.  Yes, I could  
have installed 1.4.20 over it and patch to 1.4.21 but I decided to  
install the 18 or whatever patches to get me up to 1.4.21.  Then I  
added URLFilter and registered with Snort. This was my first install  
so I got a lot of update practice in the process.
