You probably could fix that selecting one of the two kernel installed (smp or
non smp).

Another reason could be the clock in the past as on package signature check, an
error signaling a signature in the futur is emitted.

Anyway, you should have all details in the log, looking in web interface log
menu (update section).
Or you could look in /var/log/httpd/error_log for the exact error message.
