I think that worked, at least it cleared the list

I resolved similar issues by setting the DHCP allowable range tightly, say
192.168.1.1-192.168.1.2. After hitting the save button, all of the
previous registered dynamic leases get cleared from the system.  Then go
back and change back to the actual range again and save.  Usually this
clears things for me and I haven't had to mess with manual command line
changes.
