Install AdvProxy and URLFilter <http://www.advproxy.net/>
Use DHCP to assign fixed IP leases to the appropriate MAC addresses

Then:
Put the auditors on it's list of banned IP addresses
Put McAFee in the Whitelist
Check Allow custom whitelist for banned clients:

OR:
Check Block all URLs not explicitly allowed:
Put the Accounts people on the list of unfiltered IP addresses.

Depending on how many auditors and how many accounts folk there are t
manage.
