You have Bandwidth control in V1.4 which is comming out soon. It's basic in that you \
have three settings, high, med, low, settable by port number. Messing with the config \
files might give you finer control. It's hard to tell if BWC actually works. It's \
also had to know what it does, since no one seems to know. There are some good \
guesses as to how you are supposed to use it. Hopefully someone will figure it out \
and explain it here.
