Having failed at getting my IPcop setup on my network I am getting ready
for my second attempt.

Its a simple red green setup via a NTL set top box connection. The IPcop
box is not currently connected to my network or the set top box.

When I look at "driver and card assignments" it shows that Green is set
to eth0 but red is unallocated, is this because its not connected to the
set top box so not getting an IP address from NTL??
