Hi, It was the dns of the router.
Although our internal dns server is specified as the 1st dns, for some 
reason it reverted to the 2nd external dns on teh rouuter and hence the 
call to the web server on orange would resolve to the external red ip 
address and the proxy would fail.

Does anyone know how to force ipcop to honor the order of its DNS.
