Hello there,

2 questions:

- using an ipchains script, is there any way of having an 'if statement' to
test whether networking is up and running??

- DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration) - is DHCP used only for ISPs to resolve
a temporary IP address for the user?? Are there any other uses??
