The WikiBook project should be a single international project that 
reflects the fact that the only "correct" version of a book is the one 
in the original language, whatever that language may be.  Translated 
books would be permitted, but only as secondary entries for the 
convenience of those who don't understand the original language.

The challenge may be one of creating an interface that allows a person 
from any user language to have access to these texts.
