You missed a point: Espasa Calpe has 13.852.329 pages. Well, it really is not in Bomis server nor 
in Sevillas one, but why would not we count it as Spanish wikipedia as well?

Espasa Calpe should be used. And also a Britannica translation into Spanish could help your 
statistics, but I leave that on your decission.

It is not a bad method, as I can see. It is one of the most accurate I have ever read but I would 
suggest the before mentioned additions. Things would be clearer.
