These are most likely only warnings.  A real bug, though, is that
"init_kernel" in the second line should say "backfetch."  This backfetch
failure usually happens when programs, like vim, create temporary files in
the current directory during an editing session.  When the main file is
closed, the temporary is also closed and then immediately removed. When
server reintegrates the CLOSE, it does an immediate backfetch, but the file
has been deleted, so the backfetch fails.  The next kml record is normally
the delete, so this is not a problem in practice.

These messages show that the link between the client and server has been
disconnected, and would be expected after killing the server.  We have not
yet implemented disconnection detection and automatic resynchronization, but
plan to soon.

Absolutely right!  Until we get that done, you can restart the client to
resynchronize and continue replication.

Thanks! We do have some automated test tools that were used with lento, but
they need to be updated to test intersync. That is something we are planning
to do at some point...
