Working on problems for symlink and rename with duplicate reintegrations.

reint_rename now checks to see if the old object no longer exists and
the new object exists.  if so, it assumes that the rename has already
happened and returns a warning and code to continue.

reint_symlink now checks to see if the object already exists, is a 
symlink, and points to the correct place.

not tested yet.
