Removed the Downcalls altogether.  All downcalls are now done with ioctls.

Several kernel bugs were removed, which were setting the wrong flags, or
overwriting fset flags with dentry flags etc.

This may have a small amount of fall-out for InterSync. 

Oh, and lento works reasonably now, but leaks inodes/dentries in the 
kernel.
