Checked through presto code looking for memory leaks and invalid accesses.
Add debugging to PRESTO_ALLOC and PRESTO_FREE so we can see the memory leaks.

presto/cache.c: add presto_free_cache to free all allocated strings
presto/intermezzo.c: remove fset from cache_list on error
presto/journal.c: free first buffer if allocation error for second buffer
presto/psdev.c: return -EINVAL instead of -1 for bogus parameters
		return -EFAULT instead of -EINVAL for memory access violations
presto/super.c: don't allow changing InterMezzo fs options on remount
		fix some memory leaks for option handling
