Replying to you and Gaëtan Lehmann,

I used to work with the Insight Journal consolidatedMorphology package, but 
few days ago I moved to itk 3.16 with the review on and in that version of 
consolidatedMorphology there was not a GetImage and FromImage function in 
the FlatStructuringElement.

What I did (and it worked), was to take the code of the Insight Journal 
FlatStructuringElement and added some functions in my code that do the same 
as GetImage nn FromImage.
