Hi Christopher,

You should not use the CVS version of VTK for
building InsightApplications.

The applications are intended to be built with
the latest stable release of VTK, which is 4.2.

Please do a CVS update in your VTK using the
release tag = release-4-2, like:

       cvs update -r  release 4-2

Then rebuild your VTK and rebuild the application.

The conflict you are encountering is due to recent
changes in VTK's API intended to extend the support
for "doubles" in replacement of "floats".
