You will need to use Ingo (http://www.horde.org/ingo/) with a backend
that supports forwarding (not all backends do).

Subject: Email Forwarding on Horde
      To: slusarz@horde.org

Hi Michael,
I am new to Horder's email, and need some help creating a filter that
would automatically forward emails to another email account. I read
that such step is an option on the Help section, but it does not say
how to do it.
Can you please let me know how? I tried the filters but the options of
what to do with the emails did not provide Forwarding.

Thanks a bunch,
Kirsy
