In Ingo (1.2.4 and maybe earlier), the vacation screens have the handy
"Save and Enable" button, which reduces the steps required to set op a
new vacation message. Unfortunately, some users interpret "enable" as
a synonym for "activate", and are then surprised when the message they
enabled doesn't work.

I was going to point these users toward the Ingo option that does
auto-activation after rule changes, and I notice that the text of this
option actually says: "Automatically update the script after each
change?"

So, does "update" here mean the same thing as "activate" on the script
page or something else? If it's supposed to mean the same thing, then
I'd recommend using the same word.
