Second that.  We're hip deep in our SOX effort now - NFS hasn't come up 
as a problem.  I may harbor doubts that the consultants and SOX experts 
know what NFS is, but I will keep them to myself.

We're installing it ourselves, for the reasons described.  However, 
I've not had any direct contact with it (yet).  White paper thingys are 
always welcome.
