Hate to replay to my own post but I forgot
about per IP based virtdomain support in 
2.0/2.1 series.

This is done by running multiple instances
of cyrus master, usually chrooted and bound
to specific IPs.

I don't know much about this kind of virtual 
hosting with Cyrus but I know there are some
good docs on the subject.
