Hi, I installed Cyrus IMAP4 v2.0.16 and I move 600 users from another
IMAP4 v2.0.12, I have problem with the time of repond of port 143, this
port have a lot of delay to show me "* OK revol Cyrus IMAP4 v2.0.16
server ready" ,more than 40 seconds,  when I do the same in the port 110
it respond me immediately.
