Subject:    Frame relay interface weirdness (SOLVED)

Thanks to everyone that offered suggestions.  As I suspected (as did several
others), the problem was in the Verizon FR switch.  I had them tear down the
PVC completely and re-build it from scratch.  As soon as they did, the link
came right up and is passing data.
