Disable sleep mode. Sleep mode is the most unreliable thing
to come out of Redmond. I've got a brand new Dell Win 2000
laptop, and I forgot to disable sleep mode. The first time
it went to sleep it wouldn't wake up. Sleep mode is a disaster,
turn it off.
