Has anyone considered that the CLEC process and the Telcom act
were nothing but complicated Trojan Horse manuevers?

Ask any ISP if the Telcom industry is corrupt.

Ask CLEC's if they are making any money.

How is it that the ISP industry can see the situation for what it is, yet it
constitutes as if it is acceptable behavior? In discussing this with
someone outside the ISP industry, they suggested using the
FCC/FTC/PUC/Congress as a conduit for a solution. I told them that
the telco industry owns these entities and that getting anyone in these
entities to listen was useless.

I find it rather insulting to live in the bastion of capitalism while I am
surrounded by corruption that would make Rockefeller blush. I am
told I live in the best country in the world, all the while graft and greed
rule our government and regulatory bodies....

...
