Hey:

The WIC will only do ADSL and is best served if it connects up to a provider
that uses the 6100 DSLAM from Cisco (go figure).  I know Rhythms has an ADSL
product, but I'm not sure if Covad or Northpoint do.  In Qworst territory,
they do the ADSL service, so you may want to check with your ILEC about what
they offer.

How were you going to affect your outbound traffic from your network to the
Internet?  Weighted statics?  OSPF?
