i've received some user complaints about spam from Sys Admin magazine

after some checking, it seems that they are sending their newsletters from
different sources with spam-for-hire "From: Sys Admin
<sysadr@directsolutionsinc.com>" headers

Received: from dnsserver.main (ip31.salt-lake-city12.ut.pub-ip.psi.net
[38.31.170.31])

Received: from ns2 ([63.226.81.42])

Received: from em02.main (tc1-108.utah-inter.net [208.14.200.118])

Received: from dp2 (slc404.modem.xmission.com [166.70.2.150])

it's not known if the recipients had originally provided their email
addresses

attempts to get removed from the list have failed

all the newsletters have a "How to be removed" footer, but then so does
alot of spam

do any sysadmins object to this type of newsletter delivery?

why would Sysadmin/cmp.net have to send its newsletters this way if they
strongly believe this is not spam?

Send 'unsubscribe' in the body to 'list-request@inet-access.net' to leave.
Eat sushi frequently. inet@inet-access.net is the human contact address.
